Our mission is to provide a positive environment for social learning, teaching care and concern for oneself and others through adherence to the Positive Peer Culture Treatment Model.

Positive Peer Culture is the catalyst for systematically promoting social interest as the agent of change for young people experiencing academic, family, emotional, and or behavioral problems.
