Directions To High Frontier From Midland/Odessa Airport Enter I-20 West. Note that when you turn onto the road to enter I-20 west, the actual entrance will be immediately on your left. Take I-20 West for approximately 87 miles. Take Exit 39, TX-17 Balmorhea/Fort Davis. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp towards TX-17 South, for approximately ½ mile. At the end of this road turn left again, onto TX-17 South. Stay on this for about 30 miles. You will come to I-10. Turn right to enter I-10 W. Stay on this for only about 2 miles, and then take Exit 209, I-17 South again, toward Balmorhea/Fort Davis. Turn left onto TX-17 South and stay on this road. You will pass through Balmorhea. Approximately 3 miles past Balmorhea, you will need to turn left to stay on TX-17 South. Stay on TX-17 South for another 31 miles. You will go through Fort Davis, TX. Just past the courthouse, you will come to a fork in the road, bear left onto TX-118 South. Continue on this road for about 4 miles and you will see the entrance to The High Frontier on your right. Stay on the road (which is a dirt road and bumpy). You will notice a sign that lets you know when you are entering High Frontier grounds. Farther down, you will see a sign indicating the direction of the Administration Building. Follow the road around until you reach a parking area. You will notice many cars and buildings.
